Freight Policy
We use Star Track express, Fastway, TNT or Toll Ipec to deliver your order; freight charges apply to each order. Once we receive your order we are able to calculate your freight cost. We have a freight cap which allows you to pay a flat 5% charge on all orders over $500*.
*WA, NT and country areas attract a 10% flat rate cap.
You can choose your own carrier, please contact with your details and account number. Goods sent are not insured however all care is taken by KH Pottery to ensure your goods are properly packaged and consigned. We welcome any additional delivery instructions and will provide this information on the shipper’s consignment documents. International freight charges apply to all deliveries outside Australia.
Returns Policy
Should the goods supplied not be as ordered or damaged please contact KH Pottery immediately. Requests for refunds or credit will not be considered after 7 days from invoice date. DO NOT send goods back to KH Pottery without first contacting us.
Freight charges for returned goods will be at the customer's expense. Should you change your mind about goods when the order is received, this will not be considered as a reason to return goods. Credit Notes will be issued if your request for a refund is accepted by KH Pottery.
